Shipping:
We try our hardest to keep our products in stock, so that we can ship your items as fast as possible.  There may be a time when some of your order is back-ordered, and will ship separately when we get it in.  This will not affect the rest of your order being shipped out, nor will you be charged extra in shipping. Our shipping prices are as follows:

USPS
$5.95 for up to $150.00
$7.50 for anything over $150.00

If you prefer to receive your package by First Class Mail, Fed Ex or UPS, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote on your order.

Local Orders:
Our goal is to have things in stock when you order, because like me, I'm sure most of you like to pick things up when you order them!  Due to being an at home business, however,  we do not carry large quantities of stock like big stores do, which may result in there being a one week waiting period for your diapers.

Returns:
Buying online can sometimes be difficult, with ordering the wrong sizes, or the color not quite being what you wanted it to be.  We will accept any new, unused merchandise within 30 days for a full refund less shipping charges. If you choose to trade your new unused product in for different product we will send it to you free of shipping charges (limit once per order).  Anything that has been opened, washed, smells of oils, smoke, pets, etc. cannot be returned. If you received a free item with your purchase that you are returning you must return it as well or the list price will be taken out of the refund.

Payments
*Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.  All major credit cards are accepted.
*Paypal.  Pay securely using your paypal account.
*Checks, money orders. You may pay by check or money order.  All payments must be made by 7 days after you place your order.  Order will be held until check clears.  Please email at info@maddysbabygarden.com for payment address.

Credit Card information is protected by SSL (secure socket layers) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
